Noel brings 20+ years of construction, engineering, and project management experience, combined with dedicated training in real estate finance, underwriting, and private fund formation. He has completed specialized programs with:

Noel is also a member of Black Card Fund Launch, an institutional incubator providing MightyRock with access to U.S. securities attorneys, CPAs, compliance specialists, and fund administrators.

our approach - how mightyrock works

We follow a simple, transparent, institutional model:

STEP 1 — The GP (MightyRock Capital Partners LLC)

The General Partner provides oversight, decision-making, and governance.

STEP 2 — The Fund (MightyRock Real Estate Fund I)

A blind-pool real estate investment fund formed under Regulation D 506(c).
Investors receive equity ownership in the fund.

STEP 3 — SPVs (One LLC per Property)

Each acquisition is held in its own SPV (project LLC).
The fund owns 100% of each SPV and receives all financial performance from its assets.
